Youth Exchange Younger generation Change and Research (YES) Plan provides grants to Pakistani kids for one instructional procedure in United States. YES program grants, financed by the The US Department of State-Bureau of Social Relationships , give university learners in many nations around the world a new chance to examine at National higher universities and live with National coordinator families for one instructional season. The YES grant program is integrated by a range of companies lead by National Government.

Students are signed up in a full instructional season of university study in the US, attending classes, laboratories and extracurricular programs with their National friends. YES learners also get involved in special enrichment actions, including community service, youth authority training, a civics education program and other actions that produces a well-rounded understanding of National culture through conversation with different groups of People. Likewise, taking part learners act as cultural ambassadors to their National coordinator areas, becoming important resources for People, whose contact with YES learners provides them with an chance to learn about the rich and vivid societies of learners home nations around the world.

Since 2003, the Kennedy-Lugar Younger generation Change and Research (YES) Plan has provided grants to 400 Pakistani kids.
